Submission Guidelines
Who Can Enter: Anyone with a published paper or preprint using at least one SCALINQ product. The products do not need to be mentioned to participate.
Publication Window: All papers qualify, whether published this week or years ago. Deadline to submit is December 1st, 2026.
Sharing Rights: By submitting, you grant SCALINQ permission to feature your paper on our website, in marketing materials, and across our social channels, without any financial compensation. Featured authors may also be invited for author interviews and news spotlights!

By submitting this form, you certify that you are one of the named authors of this paper, that Iyouown the copyright to the paper, and that the paper does not infringe on any third-party rights. You also grant SCALINQ permission to feature your paper on our website, in marketing materials, and across our social channels, without any financial compensation. This permission is not limited in time or place and cannot be revoked.
Winners will be notified before January 31st, 2027. SCALINQ’s decision cannot be appealed.
For multiple competition entries of the same paper, the award can be divided among the authors. SCALINQ reserves the right to award only the main author.
Gift cards will be provided via email.
The prize is personal to the winners and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or anything else. The winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Scalinq AB is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur in connection with the prize.
The personal data you submit in connection with the submission of the paper will be processed by Scalinq AB in order to administer the contest, inform the winners, distribute the prize, and in connection with the sharing of the paper. Scalinq AB will process personal data in accordance with Scalinq’s privacy policy.
